Active Living Alliance for Canadians with a Disability

The Active Living Alliance for Canadians with a Disability salutes Lawrence Euteneier for the innovative Blind Fishing Boat program that is being launched in eastern Ontario.  To be an active part of the great outdoors, enjoy the serenity of the waterways, find the best fishing holes and share stories about the big one that got away is an experience that everyone should be able to experience.  The Blind Fishing Boat makes this possible for those with visual limitations to do this in a safe and independent way.

The equipment on board allows for the challenge of tracking down and reeling in your catch.  Lawrence Euteneier and his crew of Blind Fishing Boat supporters can provide an exciting opportunity for anyone who wants to cast a line.

As a Partner of the Active Living Alliance for Canadians with a Disability, the Blind Fishing Boat initiative supports the ALACD mission to enable Canadians with disabilities to lead active, healthy lives.
