Fishing rods are an expensive investment and one which you want to make sure will last.  Like many of you, I too have a number of rods, and while each has a use even in some cases if its only to bring back memories, storing them all so they are safe and accessible has always been a challenge.

Question: I have a friend that loves to fish from the Dock.  He can’t see when the bobber goes down and misses a lot of “hits”. Is there another bobber or other equipment that will return him to dock fishing? You have some great stuff here.  I never considered the fishing

Who’s Making Talking Depth Sounders? I too am a low vision fisherman who read your article.  I contacted Realtime Control, the manufacturer of the Marine Talker, talking depth sounder in Australia.  They no longer are manufacturing the talker modem.  I still need to find a talking depth
